Application 1, Basal body: make the surface is clean and dry, remove all oil, grease, mildew algae and other fixtures. New cement or concrete surface should be dry thoroughly (PH<10,moisture content<10%). Please cover all adjacent area when application to avoid fouling-up. All uneven places such as crack, peel must be repaired by Carpoly HAO YIPI Putty. It is suggested applying one coat Carpoly Penetrating Primer. Old basal body: paint surfaces must be flat, solid and clean, scarf damaged the coating on the surfaces and repair the uneven places, then applying one coat Carpoly Penetrating Primer. Construction environment The temperature is not below 50C and relative humidity is not higher than 85%, moisture content<10%.
